PRESS PARTS PROFILE

Press Parts was started in 1998 by Roland Frankel.
Originally trained at the London College of Printing in printing management, he decided that in order to manage effectively, he would need much more practical, hands on experience. This lead to a career in the printing industry, over 25 years, in which he gained experience in most areas of management and technical knowledge.

Of all the job functions that he carried out, probably the one which he best loved was running a printing press, and he was just as able to get into them and fix them when it was required! It was from this experience that his idea of Press Parts was formed.

Press Parts was founded on the principals of "customer service first" and minute attention to detail. In general this simply means to us that if we are asked for something, the answer is "yes" and if that is not the case then we have failed.

Our mission is to: Provide spares and replacement parts for Heidelberg presses which are the closest approach to the original.

I response to requests from customers in the USA for a faster service in 2007 a branch of Press Parts was inaugurated in Minnesota. This branch can provide "next day" service within most of the US and covers Canada and South America.
