Typical applications in print:

In sheet-fed offset

●  Reduction of ink accumulation on turner bars, chill rolls, folder formers, etc.

In newspaper printing
●  Prevention of attachment of the paper web to the blanket when re-starting the machine
●  Reduction of ink accumulation on turnbars, web guide rollers, etc.

In print finishing
●  Optimization of paper run
●  Reduction of smearing of printed matters
●  Lubrication of squeaking machine parts

Features
●  Provides a clear barrier which is excellent for treating machinery and moving parts against the build up of dust, hair and foreign matter.
●  It is both oil and fat free, enhancing its good lubrication, anti-static and releasing agent capabilities.
●  It provides protection from oxidisation and corrosion and may be used to repel water.

The can is under pressure and must be protected from direct sun and from temperatures above 50°C during storage.

Silicone Spray is applied by a spray can in a thin film onto the surfaces. If necessary
wipe with a lint-free cloth after application to smooth the film layer and polish if required.
