Roller adjuster rachet pin

These tiny inserts are used to give a clicky action to some of the roller adjustment screws on SM74 and MO machines. Also found on the 102 damping system. It is very common for these to drop out and be lost when the o ring that retains them in place perishes. The Press Parts o ring replacement is PP824
